Recipe: Chocolate Mousse Parfait

 Yield: 4 ServingsFilling2 avocados, peeled and seeded1/2 cup evaporated cane juice5 tablespoons cocoa powder1 tablespoon vanilla extractPinch of Himalayan crystal saltPinch of cinnamonFruit layers1 pint strawberries, thinly sliced (or berries of choice)2 bananas, sliced1. Place the avocados, evaporated cane juice, cacao powder, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor outfitted with the ā€œSā€ blade, and process until completely smooth.2.
