Recipe: Chia Pumpkin Pudding
Chia Pumpkin Pudding2 Servings8 tablespoons Chia seeds1 1/2 cups Almond milk1/2 cup Pumpkin juice or puree1/4 cup maple syrup1 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1/8 teaspoon gingerA pinch of saltINSTRUCTIONSMix all ingredients every few minutes for about 10 minutes, so the chia seeds do not clump together.
